East African Citizens
- Citizens of Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan, and Burundi can enter Uganda visa-free for tourism, business, or family visits, thanks to regional agreements under the East African Community (EAC).
- Stay duration: up to 90 days without a visa.
- Travel document: a valid national ID or passport is accepted for EAC citizens.
African Nationals
- Citizens of several African countries can obtain a visa on arrival or apply online before traveling.
- Visa type: Single-entry tourist visa (USD 50)
- Validity: 90 days

Travelers from Europe, America, Asia, and the Middle East must apply for a tourist e-visa before arrival.

East African Tourist Visa
